Class Styles

SLOW BURN & POWER BURN PILATES

Throughout this challenge, Lisa will guide you through x2 different styles of pilates; Full body Slow burn & Power Burn.

Slow burn is here for us to really hone in technique, alignment and breath. By slowing things down, we focus on that mind to muscle connection which in return gives us that deep burn we all love!

Power burn is here to lift the intensity, sculpt and strengthen every inch of your body and challenge both your mind & body to a whole new level. This class will leave you feeling stronger and energised.

YOGA SCULP, POWER YOGA & YIN

In contrast, Jess will guide you through x3 different styles of yoga throughout the challenge; Yoga sculpt, Power Yoga & Yin.

Yoga sculpt is a balanced blend of traditional yoga, with fast paced pilates styled movements. This class encourages you to build up a sweat, challenge your limits, while increasing your mobility and flexibility. Power Yoga is here to build heat and burn away excess tension with energetic sequences that link with your breath. A full body invigorating session that will open you up physically, mentally and spiritually. Yin yoga allows us to drop into our rest and digest mechanisms of the body. These classes are designed to lengthen the body, encourage recovery and calm the mind.
