My love and obsession for movement started young. During my dancing years I learnt as much about the body and mind as I did about dance. This sparked my health and fitness passion and led me to where I am today.
I launched Body Pulse Pilates to help others on their Pilates and fitness journey. My classes are for everyone. No matter your level, age or body type, if you want to create strength, flexibility, balance and stability, these classes are for you.
Pilates is a practise that will transform your body and free your mind.
As your instructor, my goal is to challenge, motivate and support you so that you leave my class feeling healthier, happier and stronger from the inside out.
